We also know that these people need to undergo continuous training in order to make this possible and to move the organization forward, thus increasing efficiency. This will not be achieved only by traditional learning.

Research shows that people who undergo traditional classroom training tends to forget half of the content within half an hour. After two days you only remember one third. The conclusion is that after a couple of weeks, very little of the knowledge remains.

Making knowledge available for employees exactly when it’s needed is called Performance Support. We are experts in creating this for our clients. Today we put in a lot of time in searching for information online – even in our workplace – and it is that amount of time that we want to reduce. By doing so, we increase the work performance of the staff which benefits the entire organization.

Core Training
Education is an important part in bringing about change. However, we strive to minimize the amount of practical training. We identify the most important topics to learn and create an education based on that conclusion. The goal is to understand the big picture and to create conditions for continued learning. It’s often the simple things that can be the solution, and what creates the biggest impact.

Expertise
All cases are different. It’s therefore significant to bring the right competence and the right experience into the project, in order for the case to be successful. Our team of experienced consultants makes it possible for us to meet the demands of competence that our clients need. Our expertise is to realize change and our consultants are experts in project management, communication, education, IT and change management.

As the model demonstrates, traditional learning reaches a rapid peak before Go-Live, that just as quickly subside. The problem is that the more you train people before Go-Live – the more disappears from their memory. With our approach, we design the education before Go-Live in order to contain the most critical knowledge. We make the rest of the knowledge available to all users after Go-Live. This is what Performance Support is all about.

The goal with this approach is to prevent knowledge from disappearing. Instead, employees are encouraged to actively seek out the information they need, when they need it, using our tools. This increase the level of knowledge. Learning by doing is an expression you’ve probably heard before, and that’s exactly what we do and believe in. Knowledge when you need it, and knowledge that you can apply directly into your work. We believe in practical work and our methods and tools are tested and developed through our many successful client cases.

For a change to be permanent, it requires holding it over time. We help our clients to start using their new knowledge and build new routines to maintain it. We handle everything from planning and production to technical solutions and communication.
